Reportedly, UK’s temperature will be higher today and the same at the weekend.
Met Office has reported that parts of the UK can also reach the temperature of 35C, making the UK hotter than the Caribbean.
Marco Petagna, the Met Office forecaster, said (as reported by The Sun) – “Forecast models suggest mid-30s temperature highs later next week. All eyes are focused on a southerly airstream which could waft additional heat to our shores.”
The rising temperatures are alarming, and the forecasters have issued a level 2 heat alert situation for the UK southern and eastern areas.
